RESEARCH ASSISTANT/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Tri-S Recruiters, Inc., headquartered in Willowbrook, is seeking individuals to support our recruitment staff by performing various research and organizational duties.

We are looking for articulate, self-motivated, and aggressive individuals who are well-organized and able to work in an environment with a multitude of personalities. Our ideal candidate is an achiever who thrives on individuality as well as being a member of a strong team environment.

Our areas of Recruitment include Information Systems, Actuarial/Employee Benefits, and Engineering. This position would support all three divisions and would receive valuable exposure to the inner workings of each division.

The function of this position is two-fold:

  • Client Development
  • Applicant Development

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing new applicants and pre-qualify applicant leads using designated resources.
  • Research and update inactive applicant files.
  • Source and research potential client companies.
  • Prepare applicant/client cards for entry into database.
  • Assist with special projects.
