Mark Shemroske

Owner

Mark started Tri-S Recruiters in the summer of 1992 with his cousin Jim. Mark is responsible for overall management, training and development of our in-house team members. Mark focuses on providing first class recruiting services to our existing clients with the goal to exceed their expectations. In addition, Mark is a leader in new business development, creating synergistic relationships domestically (U.S.) as well as on an International basis. Lucy Marquardt
Recruiting/Staff Manager

Lucy joined Tri-S in 2010 and specializes in the direct and contract placement of our Information Technology professionals. In addition to placing candidates, Lucy oversees many of our major clients serving as their Account Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Indiana University. Lucy's professional experience includes commercial banking, admissions recruiting and student services for the University of Chicago and sales. Joe Shemroske

VP, Global Technical Recruitment

Joe has been employed by Tri-S Recruiters since 1995 and his main focus is in the recruitment of IT professionals. Joe specializes in the recruitment of JDE E1, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Microsoft, etc professionals. He also belongs to an organization called NPA which is a World Wide Recruiting Network, whose members are a co-op of some of the top recruiting firms like Tri-S. Joe works on a daily basis with our NPA partners, as this allows him to source and place candidates on a global basis in virtually any industry or domain.

Rosanne Chlada
Office Manager

Rosanne joined Tri-S in 2002 and has over 10 years experience in Office Administration. She has grown into a variety of roles at Tri-S and is responsible for our corporate accounting, HR, bookkeeping, website updates, computer processes, supporting the staff with any core duties and managing the day to day operations of the office.
